• Analysis of manpower requirement and prepare job description for various positions. • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, portals, social media etc. • Assess candidates, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. • Drafting ads, screening CV’s and maintaining records, taking telephonic interviewround then scheduling interviews. • Coordinate with clients and candidates simultaneously. • Maintaining database of employee tracker, and issuing offer letter and annual track of increments and confirmation of employees. • Responsible for documents verification, complete joining formalities and doing induction program for new employees. • Coordinating in payroll, attendance and maintaining the leave record of the employees. • Handling the data and queries of the employees. • Provide guidance for the internships and project. • Identifying the reason for attrition, involved in corrective and preventive action to retain the employees • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances. • Evaluate training programs and suggest new HR strategies.
