Zyla Health - Senior Executive - Business Developent (4-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 30+ to achieve monthly targets of new and renewal sales.
- Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
- Work towards continuous improvement for the team and product.
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Ensure team efficiency in terms of productivity and efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and work to resolve them with other stakeholders.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 4+ year of Inside Sales/Outbound Sales/Telesales.
- Experience with leading teams and stakeholder management.
- Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset.
- Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality
