Senior Executive - Digital Assets and Online Marketing

REQUIREMENTS :

Experience: 3 to 6 years- experience in digital and online marketing with hands on experience in using marketing automation and digital analytics tools

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Execute campaigns on paid advertising platforms such as Google Adwords & LinkedIn.

- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing activities conducted on the above-mentioned platforms.

- Collaborate with the different GTM teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.

- Strategize and execute customized marketing campaigns for the target accounts, utilizing the complete toolbox for a modern digital marketer.

- Create quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate opportunity close and expansion

- Execute SEO initiatives to achieve the organic traffic and conversion goals.

- Candidate's strong coding and search engine algorithm expertise should help ensure all pages are friendly for search engine bots to easily crawl our site with reduced page load time, easy to navigate breadcrumbs, clean URL structure, etc.

- Ranking & Keyword Management and Analysis: Produce high-level keyword analysis while tracking, managing and distributing weekly and monthly organic rankings for website.

- Review current on-page optimization and refresh as necessary based on performance of targeted keywords.

- Make sure all content is engaging to users, of the highest quality, keyword smart to limit competing pages, etc. Content marketing research to figure out which content to create, refurbish etc. to positively impact the SEO KRAs and achieve targets.

- Blogging experience will be a plus.

- Coordinate and investigate efforts with the SEM team.

- Model and forecast results; conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes to hit KPI targets like inquiries, MQL, and sales active pipeline

- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved account research, audience identification, content marketing, and streamlined processes

- Look to find out new initiatives which are worth trying out and having an approach of always looking to improve results

- Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI

- Work with other marketing stake holders - Product Marketing, GTM, Design and Customer Marketing teams to drive digital marketing objectives

Requirement :

- An MBA in marketing with 3 to 6 years- experience in digital marketing with expertise in online marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns and marketing automation preferably with some experience in B2B Marketing

- Knowledge includes all online channels (Display, Social, Mobile, Search, Website, and Digital Analytics) with specialized knowledge of online paid media planning and optimization and buy management

- Ideally should have some exposure to mobile and video marketing

- Strong expertise in web

- Should have experience in handling atleast one marketing automation tool like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce and Pardot

- Some team management experience is preferred although not mandatory

- Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills and comfort with the data and numbers

- Very comfortable with everything digital, well versed with latest trends and technologies
