The Role

Zwayam is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team!

As a key member of our Sales organization, you- ll play an invaluable role in Zwayam's growth strategy. You- ll be an individual contributor focusing solely on new business, selling to prospects, leveraging your own prospecting skills to bolster your pipeline, all the while contributing to best practices that support the success of your greater team. The Enterprise Account Executive manages business opportunities over 1K employees and directly reports to the Sales Director. The role is based in our Bangalore office.

What you- ll do :

- Be an impactful player on a high-- performing sales team at a fast-growing start-up.

- Build cross-functional relationships within Zwayam to gain intelligence and penetrate target accounts (360 selling).

- Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals.

- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow. Proactively drives prospect engagements that exhibit an in-depth knowledge of their business, talent acquisition initiatives and general strategies.

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to identify white space.

- Responsible for developing your own communication plan to reach multiple personas, leveraging case studies and customer wins to establish credibility and support business discussions, and identifying successful trends and strategies that can be executed at scale.

- Uses HubSpot CRM to track and record sales activity.

You Should Have:

- SAAS Enterprise selling experience.

- Experience selling 7 figure deals (INR).

- Track record of exceeding sales quota.

- A pleasing personality.
