- Lead follow up and conversion
- Coordinating site visits with clients

- Plan and execute the agreement between the leading builders & clients.
- Tie up with real estate developers for new properties / location / marketing activities
- Respond to sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Delivering presentations of the company products to customers at sites and exhibitions.
- Meeting Monthly/annual sales goals and targets.
- Producing monthly sales reports.
- Handling site visits and generates references.
- Would report to Senior Manager
