Zupee - Executive - CRM (0-2 yrs)
Zupee is India's hottest Real Money Quizzing Platform. We are a Pre-Series A funded startup with a mission to become the biggest cash gaming platform in the world.
The aim of this is to lead & manage the customer support / success team, to ensure best utilization & adoption of the Zupee app.
1. Ensuring users are seamlessly enjoying Zupee mobile or web application.
2. Handling inbound & outbound calls, chats, email enquiries & orders.
3. Constantly interacting and communicating with technical team to resolve issues coming from customers promptly.
4. Handle all the operations related to transactions, gameplay etc.
Required Background :
1. 0-2 years of experience in handling customer facing back role
2. Strong analytical & problem- solving skills
3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
4. High level of self-motivation to take up the KRAs & push them
5. Ability to analyse data in Excel
6. Desired candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts
