ZunRoof - Business Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)
1. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
2. Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.)
3. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
4. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
5. Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
6. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
7. Assess overall company performance against objectives
What we need?
1. 1-4 years of work experience
2. Engineering/MBA from Tier 1 college
3. Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
