Responsibilities/Deliverables:

- Monitor metrics, Coach & Motivate the team to attain individual & collective performance - SALs & Pipeline targets - Monthly and quarterly

- Supervise day to day activities & performance management of the team

- Work very closely with Marketing & Sales to drive campaigns & outbound programs

- Define right persona based pitch for the team

- Weekly drills to evaluate email, call & Linkedin reach out effectiveness

Basic Requirements:

- Exp - 8 to 14years of experience in SAAS B2B SALES.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience out of overall experience of 8+ years

- Prior track record of building & scaling an SDR organization

- Constant 1:1s & coaching to help career progression and personality development

- B2B exposure a must, preferably from a SaaS company focused on selling to automotive/manufacturing procurement teams
