Zuddl - Lead - Inbound Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outbound sales executives for further development and closure
- Make cold calls to companies who have visited our website
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Have some basic knowledge about SAAS(Software As A Service).
- Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
