- Mailing & calling clients, providing complete information of the company's reply over mails and solved their queries.
- Excellent in communication both written & verbal.
- Excellent in customer service skills, good in convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
Requirements :

Timing for day Shift : 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Night shift : 3:00 - 7:00 pm
- 7:00- 8:30 pm (break)
- 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm (work again)
