1. Generating leads and communicating with potential clients through various avenues such as social media, databases, online research, networking, etc.
2. Preparing sales pitches, presentations, emails, social media posts, etc. and converting/closing the generated and company provided leads.
3. Cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with the new clients. Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions.
4. Having a good understanding of company's products and services and aligning them with client needs.
5. Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
6. Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
7. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client's requests.
8. Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
