Zopper is in the business of "Life Care of Assets". We provide policies and plans to take care of the health of appliances and devices. We have physical presence in 100+ cities and distribute our insurance products through a large offline channel - 160 distributors, 4000+ dealers and 500+ direct dealers. Zopper's other line of business, Zopper Retail was recently acquired by PhonePe, the payment arm of Flipkart - India's largest e-commerce company. Zopper was founded in 2012, and got extensive backing from august investors such as Tiger Global, Nirvana Ventures and Blume Ventures.

Job Description :

- Creating and implementing plans to increase market share

- Commissioning or conducting market research

- Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation

- Developing pricing and budgeting strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal - to produce effective promotional materials

- Coordinating with and managing agency partners

- Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders

- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions

- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines

Content and communication:

a) create a repository of all products that are being sold in various channels

b) review/create/update all marketing communication, T&C, Customer communication (activation email and SMS content), and internal product features communication for internal teams.

c) Update the product and corporate decks from time to time

d) take ownership of all marketing collateral.

Customer and service partner engagement:

-We have around 2 lakh customers and 100s of service partners. We need to create an engagement plan and execute the same.

- increase consumer app downloads by running offers and promotions for existing customers, thereby reducing human cost of activation and claims registration
