Job Description :
- Responsible for creating and administration of all India Service Field Network and Operations.
- Handling a Field Force of Service In charges and more than 300 ASPs spread all over India.
- Responsible for P&L of service team.
- Responsible for timely claims settlement of claimants.
- Appointing spare distributors and repair vendors for overall efficiency of the claim thus saving cost and improving TAT.
- Introducing new processes and plans for proper implementation of new projects.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction & Net Promoter Score.
