Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be well versed with Karnataka's Regional Retail chains of consumer durables.
- Key deliverable would be to acquire, retain and create business partnerships with regional retail chains.
- Develop the partnerships and own its continuous growth and profitability.
- Responsible for team recruitment, training, hand holding and ensuring high retention.
- Meeting revenue targets and ensuring MOM and YOY growth.
Prerequisites :
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Electronics/Extended Warranty Retail industry of Karnataka.
- Strong presentation, communication and convincing skills.
