We have an urgent position for Branch Manager in our team at our Noida office.
Zopper is currently in the business of "Life Care of Assets" and deals with Mobile/Appliances/Furniture/Lifestyle specific insurance/protection products. We work with multiple general insurance companies and co-create/co-design protection products. We are one of the largest players in this space."
In addition, we are a technology enabled digital insurance broker. We work with many insurance companies and co-create/design traditional/bite size insurance products in Life, Health and Motor domains. We are an "Insurtech" player.

Job Location- Sector- 63, Noida
Required Skillset :
- Recruiting and training new agents and developing agent network.
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets
- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- 3-4 years of agency development & mgmt. experience.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
