Zoomcar - Executive - CRM (1-2 yrs)
This is a role in the Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for driving all the CRM campaigns by liaising with Central and city teams. Deep dive into the data and provide actionable insights around customer behavior, usage patterns etc. You will also coordinate with the senior leadership across functions to provide a data driven action plan.
The candidate is expected to have :
- Analytical thinking
- Structured problem solving
- Understanding of numbers to derive actionable insights
- Good understanding on business concepts - eCommerce / Retail / Travel
Educational Qualifications :
- Engineering graduate - B.E/B.Tech
- 1 - 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in startup preferred
- Basic understanding of CRM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, Webengage is a plus
