ZONO Tradetech - Executive - Field Sales (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
- Outbound Sales Development.
- Reach out to new leads / prospects / forums / associations every day.
- Generate and qualify leads/convert them into prospects.
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- Qualify prospects on various criteria and make them sale ready
- Update the CRM - Daily to keep data update and clean
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations & demos
- Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 3+ years of business development experience in the IT Product sales i.e. POS machine sales, CRM, SaaS based solution sales
- Prior experience in, Accounting software sales, ERP sales, B2B, B2C, Distribution of FMCG Businesses.
Having fled sales experience
- Strong business understanding of business processes
- Calling etiquette Excellent communication skills
- Should have worked in the Field sales role or ERP sales.
- Exceptional negotiation skills that foster trust and leave everyone feeling like they won.
- Multi-faceted communication skills that enable you to align technical and non-technical audiences and concepts with ease.
- Results-oriented mind-set, with a bias toward action.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge on local market dynamics and competitor analysis of respective product
