Leading a team of 4 - 6 ASM in the zone who in turn lead 4-5 MR each under them and accountable for achievement of Business Objectives, maintaining a healthy Working Environment and consistently following Work Hygiene parameters. Total team size 20 30 team members. Opportunity to grow with the organization based on performance trends and as the organization expands more in the Northern region.
