Zonal Sales Manager/National Sales Manager - Domestic/Small Appliances (10-20 yrs)
Hiring for ZSM / NSM - Leading Domestic / Small Appliances Co.
Key Responsibilities :
- Increase market share of the Company (Home/Domestic Appliances) in retail segment-PAN India
- Mapping & analyzing the distribution network-PAN India
- Identifying gaps & opportunities for growth.
- Making detailed plans for growth
- Working with Zones, branches & retail teams to execute the plans
- Monitoring & guiding the retail team
- Training the team(on the job)on appointing new outlets, selling etc.
- Should be Graduate or MBA with Home/Domestic Appliances Channel Sales background with Regional / Zonal Exposure/National Exposure
Experience : 10 yrs to 20 Yrs
Age : 32-44 years
