Job Summary/ Candidate Profile:

- To drive the business in the region through various B2B channels like Enterprise, Corporate, MSME, etc.

- The right candidate should not only be an aggressive goal oriented sales leader but also be an expert in solution selling to clients across Industry sectors - FMCG, to Durables, to Food, Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, Auto etc.

- The Zonal sales Head will have a team of RSMs (Regional sales Mgrs), and EAMs (Enterprise Account Mgrs) reporting into the role to drive industry logistics solutions.

- The Candidate should have deep B2B/Institutional sales experience.

- The right candidate will have at least 2-4 years of hyper-growth in their career of 14-18 years - demonstrating 30-50% YoY growth.

- Candidate should have led large teams, be an inspiring leader and energize the team with thought leadership.

- Ability to manage a team of hi-achiever sales professionals is a must.
