Zonal Sales Manager - Kolkata & Patna

- MBA Marketing With 10 + Yrs Of Experience.

- Minimum Stability Of 5 Yrs In Each Company (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Achieves the region's revenue, both primary and secondary, and profitability.

- Directs the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively in accordance with corporate objectives.

- Responsible for the Region's forecasting, sales tracking, distribution and productivity objective.

- Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth.

- Responsible for Dealer and distributor management and local marketing activities.

- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling business development officers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to business development officers, marketing and sales operations.

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.

- Ensure overall sales team productivity in the area of responsibility as per the recommended guideline.

- To monitor the reports and collate the same, every JC, through RS connects.

- Leads the business development officers and technical educators, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.

- To ensure proper coordination between the sales and the technical team.
