Zonal Manager - Sales & Marketing - Medical Devices (9-14 yrs)
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive business, revenue generation and achieve desired results.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, creating and customizing sales for assigned zones ( West /East / North/ South/ Central ).
- Leading a team of Managers to achieve Sales objectives through proper Planning, Direction and Motivation.
- Monitoring the Zone and Regions performance on a regular basis and plan of action to be communicated to all Regional Managers.
- Identifying sales Targets, Developing sales promotional strategies.
- Empanel Sub-dealers / distributors to drive product sales and monitoring their performance
- Analyzing the Market trends, customer profile, Product positioning as per customer need.
- Periodical Market surveys to monitor product sales achievement and growth.
- Efficiently managing inventory of product pack
- Managing the Key Opinion Leader to ensure business returns on investments/Customer Relation Management activities like CMEs and Doctors meeting.
- Decision making on major investment planning, finalization of Dr and stake holders List and ensuring desired ROI.
- Identifying new avenues for the expansion of the business.
- Sales and Strategy meetings to be held with team members to monitor sales performance.
- Zonal/Regional strategy to be briefed to respective Managers in alliance with Product Management Team.
- Coordinating activities for the identification of training needs of employees
- Developing identified candidates to take up higher responsibilities.
- Proficient in assigning sales targets, providing necessary assistance ensure to achieve the organizational revenue targets in budgeted parameters.
- Responsible to increase brand visibility by developing marketing campaigns to enhance brand equity.
- Conducting competitive brand analysis after carrying out successful market survey to analyses and assess the current scenario.
- Demonstration abilities in expanding the market, brand building and generating new business and targeting the potential customers.
- An effective communicator & team leader combined with detail oriented attitude.
- Responsible for recruitment, Induction, Development and Promotion of Regional Business Managers, District Business Managers and Technical support teams
- Conduct brand building exercise for product promotion
