Industry Experience: - Software Sales- SAS based, Multi Industry Experience (FMCG, Consumer Durable, Automobile).

Job Description : 

- Accountable for driving entire Region performance in terms of Sales Matrix, Specification, specifications, continuous improvement in the zone to achieve business objective

- Drive identified initiatives in the Zone to achieve overall Sales Objectives through Channel Partners.

- Work with client businesses throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging business performance improvement approaches and frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

- Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining clients needs by supplementing the standards assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.

- Identify & effectively implement major and key initiatives at Zonal level in the areas of Market Development, Channel Expansion & Sales operations.

- Work with Country Head and Partners to develop and present company Advisory offerings to market.

- Focus on connecting large, small and medium enterprises with innovative tech products, technology sales in all about identifying the customers who can benefit from a particular solution and showing them how the solution can meet their needs.

- Prepare contingency plan for mitigation situation based on long term relationship with key customers/ channel partners.

- Good in spoken and written English.

- Managing the complete cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payment.

- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

- Working with presales and Engineering teams to determine the best solution to prospect's problem statement and offer business intelligence.
