- Responsible for driving sales in his mapped Territory and managing Channel Partners.

- Achieving business targets for the assigned territory and look for business expansion.

- Driving Product mix in the assigned territory.

- Managing RMs and keeping them motivated to achieve their sales targets.

- Responsible for Activation of number of IBCs in his Territory

- Maintaining & sharing regular MIS of business.

- PJP Adherence

- Responsible for driving agreed width & depth of distribution in IBCs through acquisition & product sales

Core Competencies

- Problem Solving skills

- Right Mix of attitude and aptitude

- Basic understanding of IT Technological Tools

- Hands on experience on excel

- Can build Cross functional symphony

- Experience in Channel Sales, sales training and team handling

- Understanding of ROI
