Apart from having youngsters, our founding team already has in place very senior & experienced professionals from various industries heading important verticals of Technology, Sales, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Finance & Strategy, PR & Corporate Relations.

Whom we are looking for : 

We are looking for a Zonal Sales Head who would be based out of Gurgaon. This position would be leading a team of Area Sales Managers and would require somebody with a strong experience in Sales & Business Strategy.

- This Role would be a part of the Top Management / Executive Team - each member of which would be compensated on the basis of Revenue Sharing Model (with a mutually acceptable upper ceiling). It's a model that can be highly rewarding for performers & for those who believe in their own abilities. There would not be any fixed salary component for the Executive Team (including the Founder CEO) so as to drive the entire leadership team in achieving the organisational goals through collective responsibility.


- To elucidate, since the compensation is all Variable, there is a great possibility of NO or LOW compensation for the first few months in this journey before moving towards increasingly HIGHER and HIGHER compensation as the journey progresses i.e. traction builds, revenue start pouring in and the great idea starts getting unveiled to the larger public.

- A big question. Would you be compensated later on for this period of no earning or low earning? Yes, of course. And the compensation might be even much more than your expectations but that would happen only once we start earning good enough revenues. This is to ensure that all those who join us in the beginning really feel good about their decision and there is no feeling of having lost out by joining a startup in its initial phase. That's the principle. That's the spirit.

- So please apply only if you have the potential & the will power to sustain for a few months on your own till the revenues start flowing in. What we can assure is that all those who join the leadership roles (including this one) during the incorporation / Roll Out stage, would be the biggest beneficiaries in terms of Higher Global Opportunities & Compensation when the organization eventually reaches global heights as per the founder's vision.
