Role Description :
Specific Role Responsibilities / Core Duties:
- Handling a team of Cluster Relationship Leaders/Cluster Heads
- Accountable for sourcing new partners, generating revenue, acquisition of new clients through those partners and selling various investment products through all such partners
- Generate good quality business through the Partners for the given territory.
- Visiting & Meeting with Partners time to time to drive the business numbers.
- Ensuring portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped partner/client, maintaining the desired relationship values.
- Ensure regular training on the latest development on the products of the organization to the partners as well as to the team
- Monitoring and educate to the team and the partners with the current market updates.
