Job Description :

- Consistently Increase the Market Share with Strategic Business Planning

- Overall management and control of Business Operations i.e. Primary, Secondary & Tertiary all along with control over - Sales Support Activities i.e. Training, Development, Promotions, Promoter Service, MIS, Internal Audit, etc.

- Tactful & Quality Management of : Promoters, Sales Staff, Retailers, Distributors and other concerned to Business

- Designing and implementation of: Business Policies, Distributors Schemes, Retailer Schemes, Sales Staff Schemes, Promoter Schemes, etc.

- Execution of Effective Meetings & Generate Motivation among team by giving effective expert guidance.

- Able to present the Plans, Policies, Schemes in front of top management and team

- Ensuring smooth coordination and harmony in overall business verticals and departments

- Regular monitoring, evaluation and analysis of: Promoter Performance, Sales Staff Performance, Scheme Performance,

- Retailer Performance, Distributor Performance and ultimately the Business Strategy Performance.

- Plan and execute Business Events: Promoters Meet, Sales Staff Review Meet, Retailers Meet, Distributors Meet and others.

- Plan and develop internal audit tools and methods to ensure zero mal-practice / wrong practice environment.

- Identify Business Trends, Market Trends, Promoter/Sales Staff/Retailer/Distributor Business Aspirations

- Focus on Cost vs Revenue Analysis and do the best management, changes, resizing of resources

Salary : INR 7,50,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
