Zonal Acquisition Manager - Sales - Home Rental Network (3-8 yrs)
Role : Zonal Acquisition Manager (Sales)
Reporting to : Regional Acquisition Manager
Location : Gurgaon
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Complete P&L ownership of the zone
2. Responsible for the monthly targets in terms of both, demand and supply and its associated metrics. Would go on fields as and when required.
3. Coordinating with different teams on an ongoing basis for effective process execution and improvement
4. Closure of leads and owing the process to make residential units live on the site.
5. Responsible for lead generation of real estate, builders, house owners and tenants.
6. Taking care of entire process from Acquiring till make it live
7. Maintain Relationship with channel Partner on boarding new House Owners, maintain relationships with Existing also.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Graduate or MBA with around 3 years of experience
2. On-field sales experience mandatory
Key Capabilities:
Customer service excellence orientation, business planning with strong data analysis ability, team managing experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, good collaboration, problem solving mindset.
