- We are looking for a digital-savvy Community Manager to evangelize our growing partner base, strengthen our brand identity, and build loyalty. The Community Manager will be responsible for cultivating discussion, managing partner groups and lead expansion of our partner education efforts. You will be the first point of contact for online prospects and partners and will need to develop an intimate relationship with our online community.

- To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about fostering community, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry and be a strategic thinker. You must have an outgoing personality, as in-person networking may become part of the job.

Community Manager Key Responsibilities :

- Content creation and distribution

- Engage with online community and respond to comments, questions and requests

- Analyze relevant community metrics

- Increase engagement within the partner community and identify product - champions

- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders

- Communicate with internal departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product & service developments and education programs

Community Manager Requirements :

- A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field

- Experience with social media platforms

- At least two years experience in marketing or communications related field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and techniques

- Detail oriented mindset

- Creative & curious
