Roles and Responsibilities :

Acquisition :


- Generate residential property leads on a regular basis

- Maintaining a quality lead funnel regularly

- Acquire properties in the required clusters proposed by the demand team

- Build & maintain relationship with developers

- Work on deal proposals & presentations to the regional head

- Active market intelligence & surveys on a regular basis

- Build & maintain relationships with channel partners to generate & close leads

- Understanding the market demand & working proactively with the demand team

Distribution :

- Converting prospects into transactions by show-casing appropriate primary residential/commercial properties to the prospects, matching their investment needs

- Generating leads individually

- Effectively converting leads generated & provided by the marketing team

- Managing site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developer for any clarification, if required

- Maintaining a quality lead funnel regularly along with detailed prospect profiling

- Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at the time of meetings and site visits

- Lead post sales collection process for the project (Invoicing- Liaising with the internal and external stakeholders- Follow up for payment- Collections)

- Regular reviews with the regional head

Background :

- Real estate- Developers/ International Property Consultants / Institutional Channel Partners

- Good knowledge of NCR residential real estate market

- Connects with the developers & channel partners across the NCR market.
