Zolo Stays - Senior Inside Sales Specialist (2-4 yrs)

We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Specialist who is passionate about selling and can sell day as night and night as day. The primary role would be generating and converting prospective leads through inbound and outbound calls into opportunities to grow the Zolo India business. The role would be based out of the Zolo corporate office in Bangalore. There are no night shifts in this job.

Who are we?

Zolostays is a chain of fully managed long stay accommodations. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Delhi and Chennai and fast expanding to other geographies. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations / service apartments / hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle free living experience to working professionals, students etc.

What is the Role?

Responsible for all aspects of the sales process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close and Administer

1. Most important part of a sales role - Meet sales targets - Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition : Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.

3. Connecting with customers in a genuine way in order to sell, manage, obtain information.

4. Convert all kinds of enquiries into customers on call for our Zolo properties across India

5. Analyse the lead conversion data and achieve higher targets continuously

6. Have a strong focus on inbound qualification to convert visitors, attendees, traffic to sales opportunities.

How could you qualify for the role?

1. Excellent English communication

2. Prior experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Customer Delight / Corporate Sales / Account Management / Tele Sales / Tele Marketing - 2 - 4 years exp would be strongly preferred.

3. Ability to converse in Hindi and/or other regional languages is an added advantage.

4. Proficiency in MS Office.

5. Knowledge of working on CRM, Leadsquared and Zendesk will be an added advantage.

What is the compensation?

Upto Rs 6 lacs (fixed + incentives) annually depending upon the experience.
