Zolo Stays - Marketing Automation & Performance Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
Marketing Automation & performance Marketing:
- Product management of automation platforms - CRMs like Clevertap, LeadSquared, Hubspot
- Be the go-to person for user account management within products
- Help troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve CRM-related issues
- Customize technologies to fit the needs of the development teams to promote efficient work
- Document processes as they relate to the usage of the tools and technologies
- Act as backup for the Technology Manager
- Basic Tech understanding for troubleshooting and Tech integrations
- Project Management Skills
- In collaboration with stakeholders, support the implementation of key projects as needed, develop project plans, sharing and managing these to successful and timely completion utilizing our work management platform
- Be responsible for project tracking and analysis, including the preparation of project progress reports and close-out reports
Training & Support
Align with tech partner/vendors to create training materials for knowledge sharing with new/existing staff on using products within the MarTech stack
Other Responsibilities
- Be another touchpoint in the Development department to collaborate with Information Security & Data Compliance teams
- Technology roadmap planning and execution
- Communication skills for Email, Whatsapp & landing Pages
