Roles and Responsibilities :
Acquisitions :
- Generate leads ( Properties ) for the funnel and maintain an efficient Funnel
- Acquire properties in the required clusters proposed by the Demand Team
- Developer Relationship Management
- Share the proposals and convert/sign Deals
- Regular Market Intelligence
- Channel Partner Management for Funnel
