Zolo - Manager - Sales & Marketing (3-6 yrs)

We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for a hard-core Sales and Marketing Manager who has the ability to think customer backwards to come up with new ideas, strategize and execute all kinds of sales and marketing campaigns. The manager along with his/her team would be end-to-end responsible for complete revenue generation in the city

Who are we :

Zolostays is a chain of fully managed long stay accommodations. We are present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota and Chennai. We are very similar to paying guest accommodations/service apartments/hostels but our accommodations come with all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and a guarantee of the services. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle free living experience to students/working professionals etc.

What is the role :

- Designing and Implementing Marketing Campaigns : Create, propose and implement key brand promotional projects (e.g. brand building programs for Zolo properties, mailing drives, advertising/promotional campaigns, briefing documents for sales etc.)

- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion : Identify the right channels and source all kinds of sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails

- Sales Training : Make sure that the property as well as office based teams are trained on a regular basis for customer centricity and sales conversion.

- Data Analysis : Measuring efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted

How could you qualify for the role :

- Prior Sales and Marketing Experience: 3+ years of core experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.

- Personality : High Energy, go getter and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently

- People Management Experience: The person should have a prior experience of dealing with all kinds of people and should be able to monitor, review and report on all Sales and Marketing activity and results of the team.

Other Must-haves :

Educational Background : MBAs would be preferred

Conveyance : Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler is a must

Basic Computer Skills : MS Office

Languages : English and Tamil is mandatory.
