Zolo - Associate/Manager - Customer Experience (0-7 yrs)
We, at Zolo, are looking for Hub managers to manage our Paying Guest Accommodations. They must be pleasant in conversation, cordial with customers, should be able to operate independently, tackle customer complaints. Someone who has a knack for customer service and daily operations management would be an ideal candidate for us.
Job Description: -
1. Fully manage the accommodation service
2. Interact with new customers and convert them to become customers
3. Supervising housekeeping, maintenance, security operations for accommodations.
4. Front desk responsibility and addressing customer queries and concerns
5. Administrative responsibilities of reporting
6. This role involves 50% sales and 50% operations
Skills and Experience (Required): -
1. Friendly and welcoming approach for the customers and good English/Hindi communication skills
2. Good administrative skills and record keeping skills
3. IT skills for emails, Microsoft Excel and smartphone app use
4. Team working skills
5. Needs to speak and understand English and one local language or Hindi.
