Alternative Medicines BPT, Ayurveda, homeopath in tele calling role / BSc graduates (1 yrs +experience in Client Relationship management)
Preferred Client Service Experience and Basic MS Excel Skill, Tele calling experience
Excellent English Communication skills
- Onboard Doctors
- Convey the Services, and process of services to Clients ( Doctors )
- Understand the queries of individual doctors
- Comprehend Client requirements on phone
- Coordinate with sales and Knowledge team for client needs
- Handle Multiple telephonic calls for the above mentioned points
- Handle Appointment calls/chats
