Opportunity :

- We are looking for a talented, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

- As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities :

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

- Design, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with our business goals.

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

- Develop and measure the most important social media KPIs.

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily. Manage and oversee different social media accounts.

- Monitor SEO, user engagement, web traffic metrics and suggest content optimization.

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

- Stay up-to-date with current/latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements :

- Should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager/Specialist.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.

- Good understanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

- Should be an analytical thinker.
