The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can manage the portfolio of our clients. Here, your primary responsibility will be to understand and handle the queries of our clients and ensure smooth functioning of their businesses and in return, our own.

Responsibilities :

1. Providing prompt responses to the customer enquiries on various channels.


2. Tending to customer queries and problems and proactively finding solutions for the same.


3. Identifying the needs of our clients and helping them with the features of the software. Also, informing them of the new features and functionalities.


4. Providing assistance to the clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.


5. Monitoring all the reviews and feedbacks and keeping the database up-to-date.


6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.


7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, if necessary, and providing feedback on the customer service process to the marketing, sales and product teams.


8. Conducting regular check-ins with our clients to ensure consistent engagement.

Requirements :

1. Should have 1-2 years of experience.


2. Good written and verbal communication skills.


3. Strong problem solving and technical skills.


4. Experience working with customer support.


5. Ability to maintain a calm, composed and professional attitude with the clients at all times.


6. Familiarity with B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
