Job brief :

We are looking for Team Lead - Direct Sales

Responsibilities :

- Ensure that the sales targets set for every week are met by the entire team.

- Selling our business loans solutions to SME clients by assessing their business requirements.

- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling.

- Converting leads generated from digital marketing campaigns run by the company.

- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations.

- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

- Ensure that the team is maintaining a high quality of service.

- Understand reportee's problems and weaknesses and address them.

- Motivate junior team members.

Requirements :

- 4-5 years of experience in Direct Sales and team management.

- Prior Experience in selling Business Loans product

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Ability to work under pressure
