ZipGo is hiring "Marketing Manager - CRM" for its Gurugram / Gurgaon, India office.

ZipGo is trying to change the urban commute by providing a clean, comfortable, safe, reliable, respectable and affordable transportation option for the 99%. The founding team wants to solve all the issues associated with today's daily commute in our cities including traffic and pollution. We believe it is essential to improve the transportation infrastructure in our cities in order to make them more livable. We are building a smart urban commuting option so that the next million don't buy cars and bikes and instead choose a shared transportation option.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer acquisition, retention and customer loyalty through specific campaigns.

- End to end responsibility of Campaigns.

- Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.

- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.

- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.

- Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value, ensuring maximum profitability.

- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

- Manning all direct communication channels including but not limited to email, SMS, whats app, In-app comms.

- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
