Job Description for Sales Associates KRA's :-
- Selling Financial Products (Insurance) On Phone Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
- Follow up on lead generated for Sales Closures Contacting customers or prospects to sell products or services.
- Working with the prospect database to develop client prospects, Complete call logs, make call reports Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Industry
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude :
- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have good English communication skills.
- Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Energy levels should be high
Qualification and Experience : MBA/PG/Graduate/Undergraduate
