ZingPro Consulting - Executive - Field Sales (1-3 yrs)
1. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
4. Acting as the client's representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
5. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Meeting the clients F2F, interacting, and gaining detailed knowledge about their business, identifying the key areas of improvement.
- Offering proactive solutions to improve the performance of key metrics.
- Identifying opportunities of additional revenue generation, lead creation for upselling other services provided.
- Meet leads for assessment and solution offering.
- Prepare quotation as per client requirements.
- Handle and resolve feedback, complaints or conflicts.
