ZIM Integrated Shipping Services - Senior Executive/Coordinator - Sales (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator that will handle the following :
1. Reefer Planning Manifest Validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales.
2. Follow up with customers for Load list
3. Rate Filing for Reefer and dry containers
4. Coordinate with team members, equal task distribution to given team member that include handling on email queries & vessel planning (CBF, EAL, Projection)
5. Keep yourself updated on the latest information development received from sales & branch manager
6. Phone calls are attended promptly and phone etiquette is followed to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Customer follow up
8. Emails & queries replied within two hours
9. Ensure that all rate approvals are sent to GSS for filing in IQS
10. Form 11 Filing / Form 13 follow up
11. EAL forwarded to operation team as per deadlines
12. Coordinating with sales & booking team to ensure correct forecast is forwarded to capacity team for space protection
13. Free time filing before vessel sailing as per format to concern trade desk. Ensure that Long term free time approval extension is taken on time
14. Coordinating with GSS(Global Sales Service) for free time updation
15. Reply to GSS queries within 2 hours
SHIPPING OR FREIGHT FORWARDING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
