ZIM Integrated Shipping Services - Branch Manager - Sales (16-20 yrs)
- ZIM Integrated Shipping Services - Branch Manager - Sales - Shipping/Logistics Segment
- The Branch Manager would shoulder the end to end Branch responsibilities and get best result from the Team through motivation and effective Teamwork, via the below KPI's :
1. Commercial Functions :
- Achievement of Sales targets and Market Coverage & Consistent achievement of Allocations on Services.
2. Operational efficiency:
- Effective liaising with Master, Terminal and other authorities for schedule issues and effective Vessel Operations.
3. Logistics Control & Monitoring :
- Equipment Balancing/Faster Turnaround/Liaising with Vendors for effective Logistics / Timely movement reports.
4. Documentation Efficiency :
- Ensure Documentation deliverables meets the Service Level Standards as internally defined keeping in mind internal as well as external customer requirements.
5. Streamlining & Control of Finance Activity & Processes :
- Control on Debtors and Creditors along with Proper Credit controls.
6. Branch Function and Control :
- Effective Branch Function and Control
- Adherence & Compliance to Policies & Guidelines of Principal & Agency
7. Effective liaising and Relationship Management for accomplishment of service needs :
- Effective Co-ordination with Principal, Branch colleagues & Superiors to achieve better performance.
- Maintaining good working relationship with Customers & Vendors and with Internal Departments
8. New Initiatives :
- Initiatives in New Ideas and handling new responsibilities and challenges
