ZIM Integrated Shipping Services - Assistant Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Sales that will handle the following :
1. Reviewing each customer and updating trade with business plan for each trade as and when volume is to be increased or new service launch.
2. Coordination with trade for allocation on all vessels
3. Meeting customers and converting them to business prospects
4. Freight quotation to the customer and internal replies.
5. Resolving external or internal dispute in an unbiased manner.
6. Generation of export lead from the other end.
7.Meeting the KPI as set.
8. Ensuring that the accurate projections against each vessel are going on time.
9. Selling value added service to the customer.
10. Aligning rates with viz-a-viz competition
Experience - 3-6 years
Shipping/Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
