We are looking for self-motivated street smart folks, who would like to work with startups which are growing insanely. Now, the good part here is experience is not a must, but you may bag a lot of incentives if work is done right!
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Hospitality background is preferable
- To arrange for site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
- Should have good communication skill
- Positive attitude for meeting new people
- Negotiating with customers.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers Pre and Post Sales.
- Able to convince clients/customers
- Maintaining accurate records - Lead, site visit, customer profile
- Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned projects
- Presenting property solutions to clients.
- Follow up with prospect clients from leads received.
