About the Role :
The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of both Digital and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing strategies, aimed at driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and a focus on measurable results to maintain a strong brand presence across both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
- Develop comprehensive digital and BTL marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and services in collaboration with the CEO.
Digital Marketing Execution :
- Implement multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Optimise user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of digital assets for better engagement and conversion.
- Manage the organisation's online presence, including the website, blog, and social media accounts.
BTL Marketing Execution :
- Craft and execute BTL strategies for events, trade shows, and public relations to complement overall marketing goals.
Content Marketing & SEO :
- Lead content marketing initiatives, ensuring content creation, distribution, and promotion.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings through keyword research and on/off-page tactics.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition :
- Develop lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads and optimise conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track lead generation efforts.
Brand Development & Reputation Management :
- Strengthen brand identity and positioning through cohesive messaging and public relations.
- Monitor online reviews, social media, and customer feedback to maintain brand reputation.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking :
- Use digital analytics tools to assess traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Report on ROI and adjust strategies based on insights for continuous improvement.
Agency & Vendor Collaboration :
- Work with creative agencies and external vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure branding consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Budget & Resource Management :
- Manage the marketing budget, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Team Leadership :
- Lead a marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on achieving measurable results.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and other teams to meet business objectives.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners for co-marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
- Conduct research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience :
