ZET - Manager - Sales - DSA Channel (4-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification, sourcing, onboarding and management of a network of DSAs capable of driving credit card sales through DSA channels, utilizing your strategic sales expertise.

- Provide comprehensive support, training and resources to DSAs to optimize their sales performance and effectively capture market share, fostering strong and enduring relationships within the channel.

- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies tailored to the DSA channel to drive credit card sales in Ahmedabad, consistently aiming to surpass sales targets.

- Offer strategic leadership and guidance to DSAs to consistently exceed sales targets within this channel, driving our growth in financial distribution.

- Regularly monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics within the DSA channel using advanced sales analytics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Generate timely and insightful reports and updates on sales performance, market trends and DSA feedback, leveraging these insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance our growth in financial distribution.

Requirements:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, consistently surpassing sales targets and driving growth, particularly in financial distribution.

- Possess a deep understanding of the DSA channel in Ahmedabad, including key demographics, behaviors and competitive landscape, enabling you to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and foster enduring relationships with DSAs, driving consistent overachievement of sales targets.

- Have extensive experience in agent management, sales channel development and performance optimization within the DSA model, contributing to our growth in financial distribution.

- Showcase proficiency in sales analytics, market research and CRM tools, utilizing these skills to analyze market dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly.

- Demonstrate a willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, contributing to our growth in financial distribution.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong rapport with DSAs and collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive growth.

- Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently contributing to our growth in financial distribution through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
