Zepo - Campaign Manager (1-5 yrs)

At Zepo, We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Ad Operations team based from our Mumbai office. The role will involve the management of multiple campaigns from set-up to completion, optimising where possible and troubleshooting issues where appropriate. There is an account management aspect to the role requiring the provision of reports for clients that leverage campaign insights, as well as liaising with clients to ensure their expectations are met.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY :

The Job role will be majorly revolving around the below tasks:

- Social Media Management: As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle the social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

- Campaign Set-up : Work with partner organisation to implement and oversee ad campaigns for the existing clients

- Campaign Management & Optimization: investigative and manage all systems to keep up-to-date with the most recent campaign information; Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance. Compare the current campaign execution strategies with new ideas to test and iterate to find incremental improvements for the client campaigns. Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle.

- Account Management: Carrying out post-campaign analysis to provide insights to share with clients. Maintain relation with clients & ensure their contract renewals.

- Coordination with teams: Communicating on behalf of clients with account managers, partner organisations and vendors on issues as needed

- Revenue Growth: pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement. Partner with the account management and account executive team to identify and execute growth opportunities with our existing team.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 0-2 years of experience in managing facebook, instagram and google ads, user engagement campaigns, Social Media Handles

- Regular research and education to fully understand and stay abreast of the Facebook, Instagram, Google and other related advertising ecosystem either immediately or through company training.
