We are looking for Customer Support - International Non-voice Process (Email and Chat) with 0-4 years of experience.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Support - International Non- Voice Process (Email & Chat).
- Preferred background Accounts and Tax (not mandatory)
- Maintaining a positive & professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer queries.
- Should willing to work in the night Shifts - EST Time Zone.
- US Process
- Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
